Hidden along the tropical northwest coast of Mahé, Constance Ephelia offers an exotic hideaway perfect for blending relaxation with adventure. We love the incredible backdrop of rainforest-clad mountains, and how the resort feels intimate and secluded despite its large size.
The resort is split into two parts – north and south. The north is much more secluded, with two restaurants, a quiet beach, lavish Senior Suites, and wonderful villas ranging from the Spa Villas with their own spa room, and the Hillside Spa nestled up high in the hills. The south is still tranquil, and is home to the peaceful spa, three restaurants, the beautiful Ans L’Islette beach, stylish Junior Suites, and Tropical Garden Rooms.
The tropical gardens are full of excitement, from rock climbing and ziplining, to a pen full of inquisitive giant tortoises, and a brilliant kids’ club. Our favourite way to while away the afternoon is kayaking from Ans L’Islette to the verdant mangrove forest, ending with an hour or two by one of the four pools.
After exploring the resort, there are a myriad of dining options to choose from. From casual Mediterranean buffets at Helios, and fine dining dinners at Cyann, there’s something for everyone here.
