Originally built for ABBA’s Benny Anderson, Kilindi offers a beachside paradise along Zanzibar’s sugary sand coast. We love the feeling of simple, barefoot luxury, and this beautiful retreats provokes this ambience perfectly.
The 15 guest white domed pavilions are inspired by Middle Eastern architecture, adding a delightful, dramatic contrast to its tranquil beachside location. All of the pavilions offer intimacy and seclusion, with large shutters opening out onto panoramic views of the ocean, and classy minimalist décor. You’ll even have your own dedicated butler, adding to the feeling of royalty.
Set within 50 acres of luscious gardens, this is certainly one of our most picturesque beach retreats, and we love sitting by the waterfall bar on the main pavilion overlooking the sparkling infinity pool. After a day of pure relaxation, evenings are best spent dining under the stars, either on the expansive terrace or the pristine white beach.
