This is as far off the beaten track as it gets. Enticing those who seek an incredible adventure, Wolwedans Boulders Safari Camp offers solitude amongst the NamibRand Nature Reserve’s jaw-dropping scenery of massive granite rocks and endless barren plains.

Surrounded by huge boulders, we love that this camp adds a contemporary touch to living out in the desert. A total of just five tents adds an element of exclusivity, all of which are built on wooden decks and feature minimalist décor, a scenic terrace, and canvas walls that can be rolled up to give you amazing views from the comfort of your bed.

The main tent is stylish yet homely, with desert coloured furnishings blending well with the scenery. The spacious breakfast deck is built into the boulders, boasting a plunge pool that overlooks the distant rolling mountains. It’s the ideal place to relax, but the camp also offers sensational walking safaris and guided game drives, finished with breath-taking sundowners atop a rugged rock plateau.
