If we can entice you to venture into the wilderness of Kidepo to experience the wildlife wonders there, Apoka is the only place to recommend due to location and luxury.
The main building is of wooden construction and open sided. The large squishy comfortable chairs are perfect to sink into to relax at the end of a long days game driving to have a drink and review the fabulous pictures you would have captured.
The lodge is pleasantly sized with just 10 rooms. The rooms are all spacious and have canvas walls giving an exciting authentic safari feel. The rooms have a beautiful private but open outdoor stone bathtub to soak in.
The pool is a good size and carved into the rocks. The pool and pool terrace with its seating looks over the savanah reminding you that you are in the wild.
Open all year round, children over the age of five are welcome.
