This is a very high standard of lodge and perfect for your adventure in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
The levels of comfort are immediately obvious and a notch above many of the other lodges in the area which is demonstrated with the attention to detail in the design, seating and bedding in the rooms.
There are just eight rooms (Bandas) giving this boutique lodge a very intimate feel. The Bandas are of wooden construction and very spacious including large modern feeling bathrooms at the rear of the Banda. Each has a wooden balcony which whilst very nice and private and ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, do not offer the best views of the mountains as you are lower down in the property and there is more vegetation surrounding you.
The main bar and restaurant area is further up the properties so affords better views of the surrounding mountains from the open side also providing an exciting feel of your location with the noises from the national park just meters away. The adjoining lounge area is
The lodge is located inside the national park and is just a few minutes away from the Gorilla Trekking station.
Note: Gorilla Permits are extra from $450-650 per trek depending on time of year which will be secured at the time of booking as they are limited
