Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya
Nestled in the exclusive Naibosho Conservancy, Ol Seki Hemingways just oozes grandeur with its stylish tents, scenic decking, and naturally beautiful surroundings. We love the indulgent ambience this camp evokes, from the private suites to the incredible wildlife sightings.
The eight Nina Tents are spectacular. We quickly fell in love with the light, natural décor, and the six opening panels that offer panoramic views of the plains right from your toasty warm bed. The antique chests add a rustic African charm, and the large veranda is perfect for private star-lit dinners.
Families will be sure to have a luxurious stay in the Simba Suite. A self-contained penthouse with two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area and even a dining table, you’ll have all you need for a truly exclusive safari experience. Life is easy here with your own tent attendant, and we love the copper telescope for leisurely star gazing.
If you’re looking for even more intimacy, the Chui Suite is ideal. With even more privacy than the Simba Suite, the two double bedrooms are connected by a huge, scenic wraparound veranda and a large mess tent fit with its own kitchen, living room, dining room and bar.
If you fancy meeting other travellers, the main lounge and dining tent is beautifully decorated with African textiles, with steps leading down to a breath-taking deck built into the rocks and adorned with a cosy campfire and remarkable views. The gourmet food is incredible too – the camp’s acclaimed chef Evan really knows how to cook up a feast.
